In this branch of law, we drew on the experience gained working with the doyen counselor İzzet Hatem for about five years during our first years in this profession. Maritime Commercial Law contains specific clauses governing insurance sector. Particularly in freight shipment, there are many details such as legal status of containers, issues related with warehouses, re-circulation of containers in shipment and regulation of these issues by international conventions. Legal disputes involving sailors are regulated by special provisions in Maritime Labor Law. To put it briefly, our team provides support in such a field governed by regulations involving different branches of law.
